KEY STRATEGIES FOR THE INTERNATIONALISATION: INNOVATION AND INTERREGIONAL COOPERATION

The IPP European Project of the INTERREG IV C programme, led by the Ministry of Science and Economy (Saxony-Anhalt, Germany) has celebrated its Final Conference in Valencia on 29 November 2012.

The objective of the project was the internationalisation of local and regional entities to increase their potentiality through the participation of innovation intermediaries in interregional cooperations.

This conference, which counted with the participation of representatives of the Committee of the Regions, the European Commission, the INTERREG IV C Programme, of the local and regional governments from Saxony-Anhalt (Germany), Valencia (Spain), Eszak-Alfold (Hungary) and Latvia and Paterna Municipality, jointly with other public and private stakeholders; has aimed to deal with the present and the future of innovation in Europe and with the role of the different actors in realizing it.

Simultaneous English-Spanish translation has been provided during the conference.
